Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website, services, and software features provided by S.C. CULORI DE MAI SRL, operating under the brand CDM Studios, including CDM Social Autopilot.

By using our services or connecting a supported social media account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CDM Studios provides services including photography, videography, graphic design, content creation, editing, social media content preparation, and related digital services.

CDM Social Autopilot is a content workflow and publishing tool designed to assist users with preparing, reviewing, approving, and publishing content to supported social media platforms.

Features may change as the service develops.

2. User Accounts and Connected Platforms

Some functionality may require connection to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or other supported platforms.

You are responsible for:

  • Having authorization to use the account you connect.

  • Maintaining the security of your third-party accounts.

  • Following the rules and terms of each connected platform.

  • Ensuring that content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Connecting an account authorizes CDM Social Autopilot to perform only the actions permitted by the access permissions granted by you.

3. Social Media Publishing

CDM Social Autopilot may allow content to be prepared and published to supported platforms.

Depending on the configured workflow, content may require user approval before publishing.

Users are responsible for reviewing:

  • Photos and videos selected for publishing.

  • Captions.

  • Hashtags.

  • Publishing destinations.

  • Privacy settings.

  • Any other publishing options presented before approval.

CDM Studios cannot guarantee that every third-party platform will accept or successfully publish submitted content.

Platform APIs, availability, policies, and technical requirements may change without notice.

4. TikTok Publishing

Where TikTok integration is enabled, the user explicitly authorizes CDM Social Autopilot to interact with the connected TikTok account within the permissions granted through TikTok.

Before content is submitted for publishing, users may be presented with publishing information or options required by TikTok.

Users remain responsible for the content they choose to publish and for complying with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, intellectual property policies, and other applicable rules.

CDM Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their original photos, videos, text, trademarks, and other materials unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

By submitting content for processing or publishing, the user grants CDM Studios the limited permission necessary to process, transform, store temporarily, and transmit that content for the requested service.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the user's content.

6. Rights to Publish Content

You must have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for any material you submit or publish through our services.

You must not use the service to publish content that:

  • Infringes copyright or trademark rights.

  • Violates privacy or image rights.

  • Is unlawful.

  • Is fraudulent or misleading.

  • Violates the policies of the destination platform.

7. Artificial Intelligence

Some features may use artificial intelligence to analyze media and generate captions, text, classifications, or other suggestions.

AI-generated content may contain errors.

Users should review generated content before approving it for publication.

CDM Studios does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable for every purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

CDM Social Autopilot depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure.

These services may include social media platforms, hosting providers, cloud services, artificial intelligence providers, and automation infrastructure.

CDM Studios is not responsible for interruptions, changes, restrictions, account actions, API failures, or service discontinuation caused by third-party providers.

9. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Features may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, platform restrictions, API changes, or circumstances outside our control.

10. Account Access and Revocation

Users may revoke access to connected third-party accounts through the relevant platform or by contacting CDM Studios.

After access is revoked, features that require the connection will no longer function.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CDM Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from:

  • Third-party platform outages.

  • Failed or delayed publication.

  • Changes made by social media platforms.

  • User-approved content.

  • Unauthorized use of a user's third-party account caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Abuse of the service.

  • Security risks.

  • Illegal activity.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Violation of third-party platform requirements.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, integrations, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Romanian law, unless mandatory consumer or data protection legislation requires otherwise.
